RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES

  • Responsible for the financial flows of the Project (collection of client receivables, payments – workers, subcontractors and suppliers, cash in / out abroad) and long-term financial planning of cash flows of the Project
  • Responsible, with the Director of the Branch and the Project Director, in the Financial Policy, the Annual Report and the Business Outcome of the Project before Board of Directors HO Energoprojekt Holding Belgrade
  • Project management – acquisition, negotiation, realization and monitoring of financial aspects of contractual obligations with the representatives of the Client and organization of daily operations of the Project Team for the purpose of realization of the Project within the stipulated deadline
  • Reporting – submission of regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, nine-month and final annual reports. Creation of Special Analysis related to Project Operations and Market Flows. Reports are submitted to the Management of EP Holding and the subsidiary EPVG HO Belgrade
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual Project Budget
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling the costs and operational correction of the Project Budget
  • Possesses the authority of the Employer for independent local decision-making on the placement of funds up to a value of 0.5 million EUR
  • Leads and manages 10 employees from Serbia in finance / accounting, commercial and administrative department
  • Provides smooth functioning of all operational aspects of the Project Team, which, depending on the size and the value of the Project, varies in the number of 80 to 165 permanent or temporary employees from Serbia and from 220 to 750 temporary workers from local market
  • At the time when he was Commercial Manager in Uganda, he also coordinated local and foreign procurement of basic materials (petroleum, bitumen and explosive), spare parts and fixed assets of large individual values
